This will be the first day of Vikram Sanvat 2078 and the first day of Mahavir Jain Sanvat 2548, marking a happy new year to those who follow these traditional calendars. Also, Uranus will be the closest to Earth on the night, making it the best time to catch planet #7. The elusive planet Uranus will be at opposition today, which means on this night, Uranus will rise when the Sun is about to set. This night will also mark the celebration of Diwali, the festival of lights. Mars will be very close to the Moon, and both will not be visible thanks to the bright Sun. It’s the New Moon night and the actual time of conclusion of the New Moon is 02:45 am on November 5. Therefore, the event will not be seen easily due to dim objects near the Sun, and for India, it will not be visible at all. But the Moon itself will be tough to spot as it is just a day before New Moon.
